Our new house

ever since the incident with the windshield and window getting busted on the Crown, jim and i have been somewhat looking for a new place.

accidently, we found a cute little house near downtown Grove City (i was on my way to the library and saw the "for rent" sign). its 2 blocks away from the library (YES!) as well as the police station and our bank. its 3 blocks away from the main street of downtown GC, where a lot of shows and activities happen during the summer.

the house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full basement. we're thinking of converting the master bedroom (the room at the far right in the picture) into the family room since the house has a small living room which has no space for our sectional sofa. it doesnt have a back yard but it does have a big side yard. plenty of room for the kids to play

the owner totally gutted the inside and remodeled every thing. it even has new appliances, including a washer and dryer. he even said we could have the option to buy it when we feel that we're ready to buy. its funny because he told us he knew he was going to rent it to us the first day he met us

jim and i had talked about buying a house in 3-5 years. if we like living in the house after a couple of years, we probably will end up buying it

they blocked the chimney up several years ago.

pav? is not that big of a party town lol. they have arts in the alley, some kind of halloween thing where the shops in downtown GC hand out candy to the kids, a Christmas shindig, and every now and then they'll have a parade or 2

thanks everyone. i cant wait to get moved in
