I recently took some nighttime photos of the gargoyles around Notre Dame cathedral. Here's a few of my favorites. No flash; that's the light from the spotlights illuminating the church.

Seriously creepy gargoyles there, but cool shots!
Ever see the Doctor Who episode, Blink? (from the more recent series). Creepy angel statues...those gargoyles are definitely reminiscent! (or really the other way around). |
